At Home With Diversity Certification

Tonya is committed to continuing education as part of her real estate business goals. She recently completed her At Home with Diversity® Certification (AHWD), in September 2023. The certification is designed to help Realtors, like Tonya, work successfully within a rapidly changing, multicultural market. The training focuses primarily on diversity sensitivity, and how it applies to U.S. fair housing laws so Tonya can be mindful of these things in her real estate business.

The course also teaches the proper business etiquette for working with clients from varied cultures so that Tonya can expand her international client base. It also signals to potential clients that Tonya is competent and committed to working with a wide diversity of clients regardless of regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, handicaps, familial status, or national origin.
